In the mid-1950s, the city of Zurich sold four of the two-axle "Albisgütlibahn" railcars to the Innsbruck transport company. The railcars built by Schlieren and Oerlikon in 1907 were revised in Innsbruck and adapted to Austrian regulations. For example, the high lantern roof was cut off, the lyra pantograf was replaced by modern pantographs, the brake circuit was renewed and a compact coupler was added.

These very popular, robust railcars with various types of sidecars were in use in this form until 1977, their main line was Line 1. After their active service in passenger transport, the cars were used as work cars. The Tw21 is preserved next to the Tw19 at the "Tiroler Museumsbahnen", which is closed until May. We hope that nothing stands in the way of opening after the virus and winter break. If there is sufficient interest, we will be happy to offer the Tw19 model at the start of the season. Pre-orders are already accepted!

The model is delivered as a neutral version and can be driven either as a Tw21 "Museum" with IVB coat of arms or as a rail grinding using the enclosed decals. The model is traditionally also available as a stand model. The motorized models are driven by the popular, often copied and robust Vario drives from HALLING models.
