News 2025. 04 - Model Exhibition in Tulln

25 to 27 April 2025

Over the past few years, the Model Building Days in Tulln have developed into the most important model building fair in Austria and are growing even further this year. The model railway is moving to the largest hall at the Tulln Exhibition Centre and now offers everything a model railway enthusiast could wish for on 6,500m².

In addition to the largest model railway exhibition in Austria with over 15 modular layouts in different gauges, many well-known manufacturers will be back after a long absence from the fair. Over 70 dealers, small-series manufacturers and clubs round off the varied programme.

We look forward to welcoming you in Hall 3 at Stand 316!

In addition to the numerous models from HALLING Modelle and FERRO-TRAIN, the first prototypes of the new small series manufacturer ‘1125’ and, for the first time and exclusively, the models from Mostviertler Schmalspurmodelle will also be presented and, together with the new managing director, we look forward to answering all your questions and finally seeing you all again!

Reserve your favourite model for the trade fair! We will be happy to accept your non-binding pre-orders, including for spare parts, by Monday 21 April at the latest, after which we will pack up the whole circus and move to the trade fair.

Attention! Spare parts must be ordered in advance!

The Mostviertler has a new showroom! Our new boss, Mr Joachim Haselmayer, also known as the Mostviertler, had already been running the Mostviertler model railway station very successfully for several decades before he bought a bag of fleas called HALLING Modelle. It started out as a small model railway shop, idyllically located in the old railway station in Wieselburg a.d. Erlauf, but it has long since outgrown its premises.

10% off all drives and components!* When it comes to drive technology for model railways, there is no getting around the deliberately simple HALLING drives. Like no other model railway manufacturer, the company founder Leopold Halling understood the importance of drives and also offered drives from his own models individually. At that time, the company had a handful of different drives that were actually intended to motorise the so-called souvenir models of the Wiener Linien.
