Newa 2025.12 - Manchester Metrolink M5000
New car numbers for Manchester Metrolink!
Almost two years ago, we were able to reissue the Manchester Metrolink. The first number variant is already sold out. Now we have completed the last 50 units of this series with a new carriage number (3069). A unique opportunity for anyone who missed the first delivery series or wants to expand their Metrolink fleet!

The M5000 from Alstom (formerly Bombardier) is a light rail vehicle. It belongs to the Flexity Swift series, which was specially built as a high-floor articulated tram for exclusive use on the Metrolink system in Manchester, England. It was designed on the basis of the K5000 construction used in the German cities of Cologne and Bonn and adapted to the special requirements of the Metrolink lines.
The Manchester M5000 models from HALLING Modelle are hardly inferior to their large-scale counterparts in terms of ride comfort and technical equipment. The elaborate printing on the models was carried out using high-quality and labour-intensive pad printing technology at the customer's request. The model can be customised with the supplied line and destination sign stickers.

10% off all drives and components!*
When it comes to drive technology for model railways, there is no getting around the deliberately simple HALLING drives. Like no other model railway manufacturer, the company founder Leopold Halling understood the importance of drives and also offered drives from his own models individually. At that time, the company had a handful of different drives that were actually intended to motorise the so-called souvenir models of the Wiener Linien.

SLB Ds 452 freight car!
The two Pinzgau freight car models set new standards! Many of you have already seen the ‘Glühweinwagerl’ and the ‘Jaro’ generator wagon live. The new models are also laser-cut from real wood, nothing new so far, but then we painted the kit and finished it in the UV printer! The resulting effect could not have been more dramatic!
