Alstom NF4 for Duisburg – Now available!
Dear Sir or Madam, dear friends of Halling!
The time has finally come! We are delighted to be able to supply you, our loyal customers, with the new Alstom NF4 models (GT8ND/Flexity Classic) for Duisburg with immediate effect.
Crafted with great attention to detail and printed using a high-quality UV flatbed printing process, these models impress with their authentic look and features.

The models of the three-car articulated railcar are available both as static models with metal wheel sets and as models powered by ALX bell-armature motor bogies, which operate almost silently. The latter feature a NEM651 interface and passenger compartment lighting. Our recommendation: ZIMO MN170N decoder When using ESU LokPilot 5 decoders in combination with any of our ALX drives, please refer to section ‘11.1.4.

The models are printed using our latest UV flatbed printer and are FULLY labelled, as well as featuring multicoloured interiors. All you need to do is fit the train destinations of your choice. Please always follow the instructions!
Halling offers four registration numbers for sale: the two prototypes, 2001 and 2002, each featuring ‘inhouse advertising’, as well as the two production vehicle numbers, 2011 and 2039.
With the four other registration numbers sold by the DVG itself, a total of EIGHT different models have been produced, all thoroughly researched based on prototype photographs, which do indeed differ in many details (different driver’s doors, different ventilation slots on the roof, different infrared sensors, the position and font of the service numbers, the size of the DVG logos, the number of indicators, the number and position of the lift signs, pictograms and direction-of-travel numbers, etc.).
At the request of the DVG, the motorised models were fitted with passenger compartment lighting. If you wish to purchase one of these illuminated models, please be sure to follow the instructions for digital operation later on! There are no plans to retrofit the non-motorised models with interior lighting.
