News 2025.03 - Hannover rocks!

The TW3021 is available again for a short time!

For many years, in truth even for several decades, we have been producing models for Üstra, the Hanover transport company, with great pleasure, great care and some enthusiasm! Thanks to orders from Üstra, several basic models and numerous colour or numbered variants of these basic models have been created in all this time.

HALLING Modelle was able to produce an agreed quantity of all models for its own sale, a stock that we are always happy to draw on. The TW3021 was manufactured in 2015 and the series was sold out many years ago. Now we have managed to produce some missing parts and so we can bring it into the limelight one last time!

If you are interested, we advise you to order as soon as possible! We were only able to revive a very small number of pieces and after that it is unlikely that we will be able to produce this model again!

The first „Salzburger Lokalbahn“! In July 1907, the ‘Rote Elektrische’ (Red Electric) connection from Salzburg Local Railway Station to Drachenloch station was opened, and shortly afterwards the section of the line from the German border was electrified. As early as its first year of operation, 15 passenger cars were in service. However, the city and local railway also always transported goods, especially marble, sand and cement. In the interwar period, a buffet car was even added to increase the attractiveness of the railway.

10% off all drives and components!* When it comes to drive technology for model railways, there is no getting around the deliberately simple HALLING drives. Like no other model railway manufacturer, the company founder Leopold Halling understood the importance of drives and also offered drives from his own models individually. At that time, the company had a handful of different drives that were actually intended to motorise the so-called souvenir models of the Wiener Linien.

Back to a new century! The Graz tramway was electrically powered from 1898. First individually, later as a set, the Grazer Tramway brought the people of Graz into the city.
