Same-Same – But different!

The first edition of the NGTD8DD No. 2607 model with the enthusiastic ‘We love Dresden!’ foil wrap was released in 2022! The popular models were sold out in the meantime, but we always keep a manageable number of housings in stock to produce a final small series.

So when the time now came, we replaced the conventional cardan drive with a single bogie drive and lo and behold – the model runs smoothly and powerfully! We filled the engine compartment with weights, which shifts the centre of gravity downwards and still leaves enough room for a NEM651 interface.

The model also benefits visually from the new drive. We were able to replace the old, high seat plate that had to cover the large motor with a lower plate. This clears the view in the door area!

We are now offering this well-maintained model one last time in a one-off new edition of only 50 pieces. Unfortunately, the classic Dresden models in timeless yellow are no longer available.ng A new edition of the three-part models and also the five-part models will unfortunately not be possible in the near future! Our production schedule is already pretty full.
