Thank you again for your very, VERY keen interest! Today we count 800 unprocessed webshop orders, several hundred orders are being processed and just as many e-mail enquiries are waiting for the next available employee. The phone is ringing off the hook and the doorbell rings every few minutes.

Unfortunately, no customer traffic is possible on 06 and 07 June!
It makes no sense to open the next two days for customer traffic. We would have to cancel the dispatch day on Friday and would also not be able to process any pre-orders. We must formally apologise for this last-minute decision.
We will announce further opening days as soon as it is possible again! Because...
We continue to produce for the time being!
Due to the incredibly good order situation, we will not be closing in the next few days or weeks! That would be unfair to all customers who have ordered models and are still waiting for them! Many models still have to be assembled or packed, so please be patient.
We are working as quickly as possible!
We dispatched around 150 orders last week. We ask for your understanding that we can't do it any faster. We are still just a small, family-run production company on the outskirts of Vienna.
We will process your order!
Even though we currently have all available staff working either on processing orders or on post-production of the models ordered, we will still need a few weeks to do this and we will certainly continue to work for that long.

It is understandable that the current situation is causing many questions and it pains us not to be able to answer them personally. We will be available for you in person again in the coming weeks. In the current situation, however, it makes more sense to concentrate our tireless efforts on processing your orders.
